Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Technician: HSC or equivalent + ITI certificate in Electrician/Mechanic/IT & ESM trades with minimum 50% marks.
- Junior Assistant: Graduation with minimum 50% marks + PGDCA or equivalent certificate.
- Preference for Commerce/Accountancy grads for Junior Assistant.
- Must have passed Odia language at middle school or equivalent level.
Age Limit (as on 01 July 2025)
- Technician: 18 to 42 years
- Junior Assistant: 21 to 42 years
- Age relaxations apply as per Odisha Govt rules: 5 years for SC/ST/SEBC/Women, 10 years for PWD, etc.

Selection Process
Recruitment will be conducted as follows:
Computer Based Test (CBT)
Multiple choice questions for all candidates on aptitude, general knowledge, and post-specific subjects.
Skill Test (Technician)
Practical skill test for Technician post candidates who qualify CBT (ratio 1:3).
Document Verification
Verification of all original certificates for eligible candidates.
